Beijing has over 13 million inhabitants and is the political and cultural centre of China. Our school is located close to the Forbidden City, a majestic palace complex in the very heart of the city. Regarded in more recent times as the trade and retail epicentre of Asia, Beijing has retained its aura of mystery from the past. Since the Olympic Games, the city has undergone substantial changes, in terms of modern infrastructure and architecture.
