Data Deletion Request

Overview

Oner Education ("we", "us") respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how users of the Oner Education mobile app and website can request deletion of their account and associated personal data, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Google Play Developer Program Policies. Delete Your Account in the App

If you use the Oner Education mobile app, you can initiate account deletion directly from your profile:

1. Open the Oner Education app and sign in
2. Go to Profile
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm

In-app deletion deactivates your account immediately. For full erasure of all personal data from our systems, we recommend also sending an email request using the button above.

Request Deletion by Email

You can request account and data deletion by emailing us at admissions@onereducation.eu. Please include:

• The email address registered to your Oner Education account
• Your full name as registered on the account
• A brief statement that you wish to delete your account and personal data
• (Optional) The reason for your request

Processing Timeline

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it, as required under GDPR. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted. If we need additional information to verify your identity, we will contact you at the email address you provide.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") where your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) at www.naih.hu.
